To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn and unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and the tags must not be removed.
After the first 10 days of delivery, if the buyer wants to return the items, we will be happy to issue store credit.
UNITED STATES: All shipping costs for returned goods are borne by the buyer. After submitting a request via email for return, one of our customer service representatives will issue you a return label. A $12 return shipping fee will be deducted from the refund or store credit issued upon receipt of the returned goods. The buyer may choose to handle return shipping independently at no additional cost. In this case, returned items must be shipped to the mailing address listed below.

Refunds (if applicable)After the first 10 days of delivery, we DO NOT issue a refund, and if the buyer wants to return the items, we will be happy to issue store credit or exchange the items. Once your return is received and inspected, our Customer Service Department will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your refund is approved, then your refund will be processed immediately, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5-7 business days.
If your refund is rejected (due to the item found used, washed and/or damaged), then we will mail your package back to you. Subject to discretion, we may be able to offer store credit.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. We will provide you store credit!
